Damit es hier nicht ganz so monothematisch ist, freue ich mich ja über ein Stöckchen. Leider bin ich gerade im Büro und da liegt nur ein Buch auf dem Tisch, auf Englisch, und irgendwie ist das dann doch wieder monothematisch, nämlich Martha Nussbaums "Frontiers of Justice", aus dem ich was übersetzen wollte. (Aufheben kann dieses Stöckchen, wer Lust dazu hat.)
Also, hier sind die Sätze 5-7 auf S. 123: "If the tie to the social contract tradition is not abandoned, then, given that people with severe impairments happen to be in society, their interests can be considered at the later, legislative, stage. But the parties have to be aware, as Rawls in fact makes them aware, that they themselves are not such people. It is in fact out of charity that these interests will be considered later on, not out of basic justice."
